Suitable for use in FLISA, and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.05% sodium azide or 0.01% Thimerosal. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE).
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), or Bovine, Equine and Mouse Serum Proteins.
