Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA, 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile, distilled, deionized water or sterile 40-50% glycerol. Labeled with Biotin.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes Mouse IgG, whole molecule. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Does not crossreact with anti-pepsin or anti-goat IgG F(c).
