Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Dot Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:70,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Human IgG, IgA and IgM whole molecules.

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes Human IgG, IgA and IgM (all human immunoglobulin subclasses and chain combinations). Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, human IgG, human IgA and human IgM or other human serum proteins.
