Mouse Anti-Interleukin 1 Receptor Antagonist (IL-1RA)
Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1RA) is a naturally occurring protein which inhibits the activity of IL-1 alpha and IL-1 beta by competitively blocking binding to cell surface receptors for IL-1.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA as a capture antibody. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1-5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma
NSO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
