Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Immunocytochemistry: 5-10ug/ml detects the IL2 receptor on ice cold ethanol/acetic acid [95:5] fixed PHA-treated Jurkat T lymphocytes. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Immunogen
Whole cells expressing human IL-2 receptor
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 0.1M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 200ul sterile dH2O.
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human cell-surface and soluble IL-2 receptor at 55kD.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
