Goat Anti-ITPR3 (Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate Receptor Type 3, IP3 Receptor Isoform 3, IP3R 3, InsP3R3, Type 3 Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate Receptor, Type 3 InsP3 Receptor)

Receptor for inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate, a second messenger that mediates the release of intracellular calcium.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:128,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-DKKERPTDEEGFLH, from ITPR3, at the internal region of the protein (NP_002215.2).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes ITPR3. Species sequence homology: Bovine, canine, human, mouse and rat.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
