Rabbit Anti-ITIH2, CT (Inter-alpha-Trypsin Inhibitor Heavy Chain H2, Inter-alpha-Inhibitor Heavy Chain 2, ITI Heavy Chain H2, ITI-HC2, H2P, IGHEP2, Inter-alpha-Trypsin Inhibitor Complex Component II, Serum-derived Hyaluronan-associated Protein, SHAP)
Inter-alpha (Globulin) Inhibitor H2

ITIH2 may act as a carrier of hyaluronan in serum or as a binding protein between hyaluronan and other matrix protein, including those on cell surfaces in tissues to regulate the localization, synthesis and degradation of hyaluronan which are essential to cells undergoing biological processes.

Applications
Suitable for use in Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50 Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 858-886 in the C-terminal region of human ITIH2. Species Sequence Homology: porcine
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.09% sodium azide.
