Goat Anti-Kallikrein 6 (KLK6) (Neurosin)(Kallikrein Related-Peptidase 6)
protease, serine, 9, protease, serine, 18, protease M, kallikrein 7, kallikrein 6, kallikrein 29, neurosin, Prss9, Prss18, Klk7, Klk29, Bssp, AI849898, kallikrein related-peptidase 6, Klk6
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:16,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml detects ~22kD band observed in Mouse Liver lysates (calculated MW of 27.5kD according to NP_035307.1) An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 48kD. Both bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to KEKPGVYTDVCTHIR, from the C-Terminus of mouse Klk6 (NP_035307.1).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, pH 7.2, 0.5% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by peptide affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes mouse Klk6. Species sequence homology: rat, bovine.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
