Goat Anti-Klk1 (Kallikrein-1, Glandular Kallikrein K1, KAL-B, Renal Kallikrein, Tissue Kallikrein-6, mGK-6, Klk-6, Klk6)

Glandular kallikreins cleave Met-Lys and Arg-Ser bonds in kininogen to release Lys-bradykinin.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:4000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-FNTWIRETMAEND, from KIk1, at C-terminal (NP_034769.4).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes KIk1. Species sequence homology: Mouse.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
