Rabbit Anti-KRT14, CT (Keratin, Type I Cytoskeletal 14, Cytokeratin-14, CK-14, Keratin-14, K14)
KRT14 is a member of the keratin family, the most diverse group of intermediate filaments. This protein, a type I keratin, is usually found as a heterotetramer with two keratin 5 molecules, a type II keratin. Together they form the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to human KRT14 at C-terminal.
