Goat Anti-LPIN3 (Phosphatidate Phosphatase LPIN3, Lipin-3, Lipin-3-like, LIPN3L)

Regulates fatty acid metabolism. Magnesium-dependent phosphatidate phosphatase enzyme which catalyzes the conversion of phosphatidic acid to diacylglycerol during triglyceride, phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine biosynthesis.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:64,000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2-3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-KPKQKEDAVATD, from human LPIN3, at the internal region of the protein (NP_075047.1).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human LPIN3.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
