Rabbit Anti-Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone (LHRH) (Not for Export EU)

Luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone is produced in the hypothalamus and influences the release of luteinizing hormone in the pituitary gland.

Applications
Suitable for use in RIA, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 1mg/ml BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Immunogen
Peptide analog of LHRH covalently attached onto a carrier protein.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 1mg/ml BSA.
