Rabbit Anti-Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 3 alpha (MIP-3-alpha, MIP3A, MIP-3a, Beta Chemokine Exodus-1, CC Chemokine LARC, C-C Motif Chemokine 20, Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 20, CCL20, CKb4, Liver and Activation-regulated Chemokine, LARC, Small-inducible Cytokine A20, SCYA20, ST38) (MaxLight 650)
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
MIP-3 alpha acts as a chemoattractant for memory T lymphocytes, immature dendritic cells and B lymphocytes, being the only CC chemokine known to bind to the G-protein linked 7-transmembrane receptor CCR6. Further properties of MIP-3 alpha include antimicrobial activity, inhibition of the in vitro proliferation of bone marrow immature myeloid progenitors and the stimulation of the growth and migration of pancreatic carcinoma cells.
Applications
Suitable for use in FLISA, Functional Assays, and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
