Goat Anti-MRP7 (Multidrug Resistance-associated Protein 7, ATP-binding Cassette Sub-family C Member 10, ABCC10, SIMRP7)
ATP-dependent transporter probably involved in cellular detoxification through lipophilic anion extrusion.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:32,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-QLKAENSSQEAQP, from ABCC10, at the internal region of the protein (NP_258261.2).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes ABCC10. Species sequence homology: Human.
