Rabbit Anti-NALP11 (NACHT, LRR and PYD Domains-containing Protein 11, Nucleotide-binding Oligomerization Domain Protein 17, PAAD-and NACHT Domain-containing Protein 10, PYRIN-containing APAF1-like Protein 6, NLRP11, NOD17, PAN10, PYPAF6)
NALP11 is a 1033aa containing cytoplasmic protein belonging to the NLRP family with aDPIN domain, six LRR (leucine-rich) repeats and a NACHT domain. Reports suggest that it is a short NALP involved in inflammation potential. NALPs are implicated in the activation of proinflammatory caspases (e.g., CASP1) via their involvement in multiprotein complexes called inflammasomes. TheDPIN domain is necessary and sufficient for suppression of NF-kappa B activation induced by TNF and for inducing IL-1B secretion in collaboration with Caspase-1. It is involved in interaction with PYCARD.
