Recommended Dilutions
Immunofluorescence: 1:200 Immunohistochemistry (PAP or ABC): 1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Does not react with CNP-53 (1-29) (porcine or rat), a-ANP (1-28) (human or canine), rat ANF, porcine BNP-32, rat BNP-45,|Substance P, Urodilatin or Endothelin-1 (human, rat, porcine, mouse, canine, bovine).
