Applications

Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:4000 Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml, human brain (frontal cortex) lysates observed on ~90kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to CRFNTSKSLRRQS, from human NPAS4, at the internal region of the protein (NP_849195.2).

Specificity
Recognizes human NPSA4. Species sequence homology: Bovine, canine, mouse and rat.
