Goat Anti-OR7D4 (Olfactory Receptor 7D4, OR19-B, Odorant Receptor Family Subfamily D Member 4RT, Olfactory Receptor OR19-7, OR7D4P)

Odorant receptor. Selectively activated by androstenone and the related odorous steroid androstadienone.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:32,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-SIQARSKDISY , from OR7D4, at the internal region of the protein (NP_001005191.1).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes OR7D4. Species sequence homology: Human.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
