Goat Anti-PATJ (INADL, InaD-like Protein, Inadl Protein, hINADL, Pals1-associated Tight Junction Protein, Protein Associated to Tight Junctions)

Scaffolding protein that may bring different proteins into adjacent positions at the cell membrane. May regulate protein targeting, cell polarity and integrity of tight junctions. May regulate the surface expression and/or function of ASIC3 in sensory neurons.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:32,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to PENPATDKLQVLQ-C, from INADL, at N-terminal (NP_795352.2).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes INADL. Species sequence homology: Bovine, canine, human and porcine.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
