Acts as a regulatory protein that associates with GUCY2C and negatively modulates its heat-stable enterotoxin-mediated activation.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1:1000 detects a band at ~60kD. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
A synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of mouse PDZK3. Cellular Localization: Membrane-associated and cytoplasmic. In kidney, predominantly localized to the subapical compartment of proximal tubular cells.
