Rabbit Anti-PELP1, CT (Proline-, Glutamic Acid- and Leucine-rich Protein 1, H6 Family Homeobox 3, HMX3, Modulator of Non-genomic Activity of Estrogen Receptor, MNAR, NKX5.1, Nkx5-1, NKX-5.1, P160, Transcription Factor HMX3)
Proline, Glutamate and Leucine Rich Protein 1, Homeobox Protein H6 Family Member 3, Homeobox Protein HMX3, Homeobox Protein Nkx-5.1

Hmx3 is a transcription factor involved in specification of neuronal cell types and which is required for inner ear and hypothalamus development. This protein binds to the 5'-CAAGTG-3' core sequence. It controls semicircular canal formation in the inner ear and is also required for hypothalamic/pituitary axis of the CNS.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
