Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Dot Blot, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
ELISA: 1:20,000-1:100,000 Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Purity
Purified from monospecific antiserum by delipidation and salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography
Specificity
Recognizes horseradish peroxidase. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum as well as purified and partially purified Horseradish Peroxidase. Crossreactivity against peroxidase from other tissues and species may occur but has not been specifically determined.
