Recommended Dilutions
Note: Recommended that further dulutions be made with 5% normal serum from same host bridging antibody. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. No stabilizing proteins or preservatives added. Labelled with HRP.
Purity
Purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes peroxidase. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum and anti-peroxidase.
