Applications
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation/Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Immunoprecipitation/Western Blot: 5ug immunoprecipitated PLC b-1 from a bovine brain membrane preparation. The immunoprecipitation procedure was followed by an Western Blot using 5ug/ml of P4074-40 and a chemiluminescence detection system. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Recommended secondary antibodies
I1904-06C: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-06H: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Mixed monoclonal antibodies raised against purified bovine PLCβ-1
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. Labeled with Allophycocyanin (APC).
Purity
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes bovine PLC b-1 at 150kD. Also recognizes the 100kD and 41kD fragments of PLC b-1. Species Crossreactivity: rat, mouse and human.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
