Mouse Anti-RAPGEFL1 (Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor-like protein 1, Link guanine nucleotide exchange factor II)
RAPGEFL1 is a 456 aa protein with an estimated molecular weight of ~52kD. It is a guanine-nucleotide releasing factor and contains one Ras-GEF domain.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Partial recombinant human RAPGELF1 (1-100) with a GST tag.
