Goat Anti-RGS1 (Regulator of G-protein Signaling 1, B Cell Activation Protein BL34, Early Response Protein 1R20, 1R20, BL34, IER1)

Regulator of G-protein signalling 1, which negatively regulates G protein-coupled receptor signalling.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml, HepG2 lysate observed on ~25kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-NLLNDLQANSLK, from human RGS1, at C-terminal (NP_002913.3).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human RGS1. Species sequence homology: Bovine, canine, mouse and rat.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
