Rabbit Anti-RhoGap12 (Rho GTPase-activating Protein 12, Rho-type GTPase-activating Protein 12, ARHGAP12) (Not for Export EU)
RhoGap12 encodes a potent Rho GTPase-activating protein. The protein is ubiquitously expressed in wide range of normal tissues and tumor cell lines. The protein contains five domains: rhoGAP, SH3, PH and two WW domains. Human RhoGap12 gene is located in chromosome 10pter-cen and consists of 20 exons. The protein acts as a linker between Rho signal pathways and other pathways.
