Rabbit Anti-Rictor (Rapamycin Insensitive Companion of mTOR, Rapamycin-insensitive Companion of mTOR, RICTR, AVO3 Homolog, hAVO3, KIAA1999, mAVO3, PIA)
RPTOR Independent Companion of MTOR, Complex 2, DKFZp686B11164, MGC39830, Pianissimo

Rictor is a binding partner of mTOR. The rictor mTOR complex modulates the phosphorylation of Protein Kinase C alpha and the actin cytoskeleton.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 5-7ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control
Jurkat cell lysate
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa1-50 of human Rictor.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.2% gelatin, 0.05% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human Rictor. Species sequence homology: mouse.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
