Rabbit Anti-SDCCAG33, ID (Teashirt Homolog 1, Serologically Defined Colon Cancer Antigen 33, Antigen NY-CO-33, TSH1, TSHZ1)

SDCCAG33 is a colon cancer antigen that was defined by serological analysis of recombinant cDNA expression libraries. This protein is a member of the teashirt C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and may be involved in transcriptional regulation of developmental processes.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide selected from the Center region of human SDCCAG33 (KLH).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.09% sodium azide.
