Rabbit Anti-SERPINB7, ID (Serpin B7, Megsin, TP55) (PE)
SERPINB7 might function as an inhibitor of Lys-specific proteases and might influence the maturation of megakaryocytes via its action as a serpin.
Applications
Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 108-137 in the central region of human SERPINB7, UniProt Accession #O75635.
