Goat Anti-SIT1 (Signaling Threshold-regulating Transmembrane Adapter 1, SHP2-interacting Transmembrane Adapter Protein, Suppression-inducing Transmembrane Adapter 1, gp30/40, SIT)

Negatively regulates TCR (T-cell antigen receptor)-mediated signaling in T-cells. Involved in positive selection of T-cells.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-HLSQWTRGRSRSH, from SIT1, at the internal region of the protein (NP_055265.1).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes SIT1. Species sequence homology: Human.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
