Goat Anti-SLC12A2 (Solute Carrier Family 12 Member 2, Basolateral Na-K-Cl Symporter, Bumetanide-sensitive Sodium-(potassium)-chloride Cotransporter 1, NKCC1)

Electrically silent transporter system. Mediates sodium and chloride reabsorption. Plays a vital role in the regulation of ionic balance and cell volume.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescenc and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Peptide ELISA: : 1:64,000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 3.75ug/ml Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml Immunofluorescence (IC): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
