Recommended Dilutions
ELISA: 0.05-0.2ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-1.0ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to Strep-tag II epitope tag, NWSHPQFEK, conjugated to KLH.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.4, 0.02% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 80ul sterile ddH2O.

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes either the C-terminal tagged fusion proteins and slightly recognizes the N-terminal tagged fusion protein.
