Goat Anti-TCL1A (T-cell Leukemia/Lymphoma Protein 1A, Oncogene TCL-1, Oncogene TCL1, Protein p14 TCL1, TCL1)

Enhances the phosphorylation and activation of AKT1, AKT2 and AKT3. Promotes nuclear translocation of AKT1. Enhances cell proliferation, stabilizes mitochondrial membrane potential and promotes cell survival.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml, observed in lysates of cell lines daudi and Jurkat on ~16kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-QLYPDGRYRSSD, from human TCL1A, at the internal region of the protein (NP_068801.1).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human TCL1A.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
