Goat Anti-TNS1 (Tensin-1, TNS)

Tensin 1 may be involved in cell migration, cartilage development and in linking signal transduction pathways to the cytoskeleton.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:2000 Western Blot: 1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 4-6ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-VSKVMLNAGQKR, from human TNS1, at C-terminal (NP_072174.3). Species sequence homology: Bovine, canine, mouse and rat.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human TNS1.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
