Goat Anti-Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin Protein Receptor (TSLP R) (Carboxyfluorescein) (CFS)
TSLP R associates with IL-7 R alpha to form a heterodimeric receptor complex for TSLP. TSLP R signaling is involved in the stimulation of thymocyte and mature T cell growth and the support of B cell lymphopoiesis.
Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 mouse splenoctyes cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light.
