Goat Anti-TPTE (Putative Tyrosine-protein Phosphatase TPTE, Cancer/Testis Antigen 44, CT44, Transmembrane Phosphatase with Tensin Homology, Tumor Antigen BJ-HCC-5)

Could be involved in signal transduction.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:16,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in Human Testis lysates on ~50-55kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-ERRTDKTHSEKFQ, from human TPTE, at the internal region of the protein (NP_954870.2, NP_954868.1, NP_954869.1).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human TPTE.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
