Mouse Anti-Transforming Growth Factor beta Receptor III (TGF beta Receptor III, TGF beta RIII, TGFR-3, Betaglycan)
Transforming Growth Factor beta RIII (TGF-beta RIII) is a transmembrane proteoglycan that binds TGF-beta with high affinity. TGF-b RIII lacks a cytoplasmic signaling domain and functions as an accessory receptor that enhances efficient TGF-b2 binding and signaling. A soluble form of the receptor can be released by proteolytic cleavage of the membrane-bound form.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 2-8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
