Rabbit Anti-E2EPF, CT (Ubiquitin-conjugating Enzyme E2S, Ubiquitin-conjugating Enzyme E2-24kD, Ubiquitin-protein Ligase S, Ubiquitin Carrier Protein S, E2-EPF5, Ubiquitin-conjugating Enzyme E2-EPF5, UBE2S, E2EPF, OK/SW-cl.73)

This gene encodes a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. The encoded protein is able to form a thiol ester linkage with ubiquitin in a ubiquitin activating enzyme-dependent manner, a characteristic property of ubiquitin carrier proteins.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 192-222 in the C-terminal region of human E2EPF. Species sequence homology: bovine, Xenopus
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation.
Specificity
Recognizes human E2EPF.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
