Rabbit Anti-XAGE-1 | (Not for Export EU)

The XAGE-1 gene is a human X-linked gene. It is a putative member of the cancer testis antigen family. It is highly expressed in normal testis tissue and various cancer tissues, such as breast and lung cancers. XAGE-1 has homology to the GAGE/PAGE proteins.

Application(s): sui Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
Recommended Dilution
WB: 1:500 (ECL). A band should be seen at ~17.3kD
Positive Control
TC71 cell lysate
Storage and Stability
Store at –20 degrees Celcius. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide made to an internal sequence within the human XAGE-1 protein.
Form
Supplied as a liquid with sodium azide.
