Blocker of TRPC4 channels (IC50 values are 0.96 and 2.6um in fluorescent and electrophysiological assays, respectively). Exhibits 19-fold selectivity against TRPC6 and 9-fold selectivity against TRPC5; displays no significant activity at TRPV1, TRPV3, TRPA1 and TRPM8 channels at concentrations up to 22um.

Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
