PyOxim is a phosphonium salt used as a coupling reagent for peptide synthesis. PyOxim is the phosphonium derivative of Oxyma, and is stable, safe, soluble in DMF and most organic solvents. PyOxim is extremely efficient, achieving high yields and good racemisation suppression; it is particularly effective with sterically hindered peptides and cyclic peptides.
