Description
(+)-BAY-K-8644 is a L-type calcium channel agonist with negative vasodilatory and inotropic effects. The (+)-BAY-K-8644 enantiomer exhibits opposite biological effects to the racemate and (-)-BAY-K-8644 molecules.
