Description
StemRegenin 1 (SR1) is a selective reversible antagonist of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor with a value of 50% inhibition concentration IC50 of 127 nM in CD34+ cells. It is reported to promote the self-renewal of human hematopoietic stem cells in culture by sustaining the cellular expression of CD34. StemRegenin 1 also stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells into dendritic cells.

Soluble in organic solvents such as DMSO. DMSO up to 25mM.
Storage
Store at -20°C under inert atmosphere. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
