Description
T0901317 is a potent agonist for the high affinity liver X receptor, which up-regulates ABC1 gene expression. It is reported that it can be used to lower cholesterol levels in serum and liver, to suppress the proliferation of breast and prostate cancer cells, and to decrease amyloid beta production.

Soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and DMSO. DMSO up to 90mM.
Storage
Store at -20°C under inert atmosphere. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
