Neuronal Acetylcholine Receptor Subunit Beta-2, Recombinant, Human, aa26-233, His-V5-Tag
CHRNB2; Neuronal acetylcholine receptor subunit beta-2

After binding acetylcholine, the AChR responds by an extensive change in conformation that affects all subunits and leads to opening of an ion-conducting channel across the plasma membrane permeable to sodiun ions.

Source
Recombinant protein corresponding to aa26-233 from human Neuronal acetylcholine receptor subunit beta-2, fused to 10X His-V5-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E.coli.
