CD84 is predominantly expressed by B lymphocytes, monocytes and macrophages, although lower levels of expression have also been reported on T cells, granulocytes and platelets.
Applications
Immunoprecipitation Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200 Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
