Western Blotting: 1:1000-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. Purified by ion exchange chromatography. IEP Assay shows a single precipitin arc against source serum protein and IgG.
