Cellular protein preparation from murine 3T3 fibroblasts.

Applications

Suitable for use in Western Blot as a Positive Control. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Usage

Add 2.5ul 2-mercaptoethanol/100ul of lysate. Boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for Immunoblot analysis. Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
