60 spots: Duplicated spots from lung tumor tissues (25 donors) and lung normal tissues (4 donors). Each array contains human adult placenta tissue as a positive control and a paraffin blank as a negative control.

Tissues were fixed in formalin immediately after excision, and embedded in paraffin. This human lung tumor high throughput tissue array is designed for rapidly screening genes or proteins of your interest in various lung tumor types. Some tissue arrays have either corresponding normal or adjacent normal tissues as controls. Tissues are arrayed on positively charged glass slides. Tumor diagnosis, tumor stage (or TNM), tumor size, tumor differentiation, and tumor history are provided.
Every single tissue array is well maintained with good quality, but there might be some variations between slides, for example, one spot is missing cells due to the end of serial cut. But there should be no more than 3 spots are without expected cells.
